Astor India – Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Astor India, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns Policy

Our return policy is valid for 3 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.

If more than 3 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a return, refund, or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  •  The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, tags, and documentation.
  • Proof of purchase, invoice, or order confirmation must be provided.

Products returned without proper packaging or documentation may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless received damaged or defective:

  • Used products
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Products made to customer specifications
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Compression garments
  •  Incontinence products
  • Intimate wear and lingerie
  • Consumable medical products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, only a partial refund may be granted, including but not limited to:

  • Products not returned in their original condition.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse after delivery.
  • Products returned with missing parts, accessories, or packaging.
  • Returns initiated after the eligible return period.
  • Products showing signs of use, installation, or alteration.

Astor India reserves the right to determine refund eligibility after inspection of the returned item.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped or dispatched.

Cancellation Conditions

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of placing the order, provided the product has not yet been shipped.
  •  Once an order has been dispatched, shipped, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

Custom-Made & Special Orders

No Refund Policy

The following orders are non-refundable:

  • Custom-made products
  • Personalized products
  • Products manufactured or modified according to customer requirements
  • Special procurement orders placed specifically for a customer

Advance Payments

Any advance payment made toward a custom-made or special-order product is non-refundable.

Uncollected Orders

If a custom-made order remains uncollected for more than 45 days from the date it is ready for delivery or collection, Astor India reserves the right to cancel the order and dispose of or return the product. Any advance payment made shall not be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

  • Images of Packaging
  •  Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on:

  • Bank policies
  • Credit card providers
  • UPI providers
  • Payment gateways

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or payment application.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds may take additional processing time.

Exchanges

We only replace products that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrectly delivered

Return Shipping Charges

  •  If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product supplied by Astor India, return shipping charges will be borne by us.
  • For returns requested for reasons other than our error, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount or borne by the customer.

Non-Refundable Charges

Original shipping charges, handling fees, installation charges, and service fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
